Personalised Jewellery Shipping: 

Personalised jewellery takes between 5-14 days to process & up to 7 days for shipment to arrive (worldwide).

EU & International Shipping:

For shipments to the EU it takes 3-7 working days for your order to arrive. Shipping Rates from: £4.30 - £5.70 (Orders over £100 have free shipping) 

For all other international orders it takes 6-7 working days for your order to arrive. Shipping Rate: £10.00 (Orders over £100 have free shipping)

 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for earrings. We do not accept refunds for personalised items unless it is damaged. For more info view our Refund Policy
